Teens & Trauma in a Modern World is a 1-hour continuing education course designed for therapists and mental health professionals working with adolescents and families. You’ll learn how trauma impacts the teen brain and nervous system, how to recognize trauma-related behaviors, and how to use parts work, creative interventions, and co-regulation strategies to build connection and safety.
